Zfilmes Cinema e Multimídia

ZFilmes Cinema e Multimídia is an audiovisual production company with deep roots in the Amazon. Founded in 1988 in Belém do Pará, initially to develop cultural projects in various artistic languages, it has been dedicated exclusively to audiovisual production since 2005. Its work is marked by a strong commitment to the region, focusing on independent and auteur production of short and feature-length documentaries and fiction films that discuss and reveal the challenges and potential of the Amazon. Additionally, the production company is the organizer of the prestigious Pan-Amazonian Film Festival, AMAZÔNIA DOC, an event that promotes exchange and dialogue among the diverse 'Amazons' of the nine countries in the Pan-Amazonian territory.

The production company has expanded its scope to also serve the corporate and digital markets, offering agile and cost-effective solutions. It develops micro-shorts or short advertising videos with a filmic narrative, specifically designed for web and social media distribution. This business model, named 'Curtas On Demand', aims to serve small, medium, and large companies with high-quality, fast, and economical videos to highlight brands and products in the digital environment and in cinemas.

Its portfolio is diverse, ranging from curating and producing cultural events, such as festivals and traveling film showcases, to filming social events like weddings and baptisms, approached with a documentary aesthetic in the project 'A Vida é Filme'. ZFilmes also has a strong educational presence, designing projects and conducting workshops on audiovisual language for children, youth, and adults.

The ZFilmes team consists of passionate and multidisciplinary film professionals, including filmmakers, cultural producers, editors, photographers, and researchers. Names such as Zienhe Castro, Rennan Rosa, Manoel Leite, and Daniel Ferraz form the creative core, bringing a wealth of experience in art, communication, technology, and film. This combination of expertise ensures a unique and dedicated approach to each project, whether cultural, commercial, or personal.
